Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from CheaperSafer. If you are not, here is how returns work.

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be unused or lightly used, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (robot, drawing cards, pens and charging cable). Items damaged by misuse, or returned with missing parts, may not qualify for a full refund.

How to start a return
Email us at cheapersafer1@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as they may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases we will cover the cost.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
